DPO/DSA/MSO70000 Digital & Mixed Signal Oscilloscope Series
Winner of the "EDN Innovation Award"
The DPO/DSA/MSO70000 Series combine industry-leading bandwidth of 20 GHz with the industry's highest waveform capture rate, best signal fidelity, lowest noise floor and the only available hardware-based serial pattern trigger for data rates up to 6.25 Gb/s. The MSO70000 also includes 16 logic channels with a very accurate 80psec timing resolution. Together, these are the most powerful real-time oscilloscopes on the market, enabling you to make the most challenging measurements with the confidence you only get from a Tektronix oscilloscope.

Features |
Benefits |
| Uncompromised Acquisition of 20 GHz on all 4 channels | Trust that you are seeing your real signals. Supports highest signal integrity measurements all the way to 12.5 Gb/s on all four channels simultaneously, required for PCI Express, HDMI, etc. |
| High sample rate simultaneously on all 4 channels | Enables thorough analysis, channel to channel and multi-lane measurements. Capture more signal details (transients, imperfections, fast edges) with 50 GS/s across all 4 channels. |
| 16 logic channels with 80 psec timing resolution** | Precisely understand logic circuit performance with correlated analog/digital signal views. |
| DPX® technology and Waveform capture rate >300,000 wfms/s | Shorten debugging time by quickly seeing the infrequent or intermittent events that often cause system defects. |
| Low Noise Floor | As frequencies increase, design margins decrease. Trust that you are seeing your real signal and perform your tests with more available margin. |
| 6.25 Gb/s hardware-based serial pattern trigger | Guaranteed trigger on the very first instance of a serial pattern addressing the latest high speed serial standards up to 6.25 Gb/s. |
| Advanced triggering and Search & Mark | Using Pinpoint® triggering and Advanced Search and Mark minimizes time spent trying to acquire problem signals. |
| iCAPTURE™ enables an integrated analog view of a logic channel** | Analyze the signal integrity of logic signals without reprobing on a debug area of interest |
